Born in 1975, Borzo Niknejad is an Iranian film director known for the 2015 feature film Unwished (Nakhasteh) and the movie Zapas (2016). He started his career in the theatre scene in 1987. He then worked as an assistant director for1995 feature film White Wings. Borzo Niknejad has written the film script for feature film Hut and Mixed Pizza. He directed TV Show Great Trouble but Borzo Niknejad is mostly known for 2015 feature film Unwished starring Mehrdad Sedighian, Mahtab Keramati, Homayoun E ...rshadi and Elnaz Habibi. Spare Tire is about that Borzo Niknejad’s second feature film ‘Zapas’ starring Amir Jafari and Javad Ezzati, is, award-winning comedy. It follows an amateur football team’s unexpected promotion to the professional league. Unfortunately team’s top player picks up an untimely injury, definitively ruling him out for the season. Unwished is about that The lives of several people become intertwined in this mesmerizing drama. A road movie of sorts, the film focuses on a young driver and the fares he picks up. The spirited Nabat and her brother Sadeq are the first to join him, and while it is not clear what their incessant squabbling is about, it is soon apparent that they are on the run from someone. They are shortly joined by a woman of mysterious circumstances, who claims she wishes to be reunited with her husband. The group embarks on a fable-like journey and learns more about one another in the process. This film boasts clever use of dialogue and naturalistic performances, while beautiful, dream-like imagery of the country’s topography serves to celebrate the gift of life itself. Mixed Pizza is about that Cousins Manouchehr and Gholam live and work in a pizza shop owned by their friend Haji. When Haji goes on pilgrimage, he leaves his house keys with Manouchehr under instruction to take care of the place while he is away. Manouchehr's wife Elaheh meanwhile works with her sister Elham in a shop that sells wedding dresses, but their employer Molook is threatening to sell the shop in order to pay off the debts of the man who jilted her at the altar. Cottage is about that Hamed, Mahnaz, Bijan and Marjan are four university students who are on their way to visit a morgue in a forest for their university studies. Near the morgue, they find a corpse and frightened as they are, they run away. When they return after a while, they find out that the corpse is gone.
