Passing the Buck is about that Rajab is the only illiter ...ate man in the village. When he receives a letter through the local teacher Bahador, to whose daughter Rajab is engaged, the contents of the letter strain relations between Rajab and is soon-to-be father-in-law, and the wedding is postponed.
