Fardin Saheb Zamani ( فردین صاحب زمانی ) was born in 1963 in Tehran. After graduating from Tehran's University of Art, he made several short films and also established himself professionally as a sound designer. The drama 'There Are Things You Don't Know' (2010) is his writer-director debut, and he received a Special Jury Mention at Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. It explores the experience of a reclusive taxi driver in Tehran in the days leading up to an earthquake.
