I Owe You One Ousa Karim is about that Mehdi and his friend Ali return from Farang trip. Their friends take them to a cabaret to welcome them. Mehdi meets a dancer named Nazi and saves her from some evil youths that night, and gradually becomes interested in her and arranges to marry her despite her mother's displeasure. Sohrab, the owner of the cabaret, disturbs Nazi and Mehdi destroys the cabaret and threatens Sohrab not to hinder Nazi's prosperity. Nazi has a little daughter named Nahid, who is being nursed by her aunt, and Mehdi is unaware of her existence. On the day when Nazi visited his son, Mahdi became suspicious of his absence and decided to leave Nazi. He, who owns a transport company, goes to Isfahan with Ali for a few days, and in their absence, Sohrab becomes a nuisance to the Nazis.
