«خسرو ماجدی» داور ممتاز و بین المللی فوتبال، قرار است جایزه دومیلیون دلاری فیفا را در فینال مسابقات حذفی دریافت کند، دو شارلاتان که متوجه شباهت عجیب و باورنکردنی «امیر سرخوش زاده» به «خسرو ماجدی» شده اند، با طرح نقشه ای حساب شده «ماجدی» را ربوده «سرخوش زاده» را به جای او برای قضاوت بازی نهایی جام حذفی، می فرستند. همه چیز ظاهراً مرتب است اما فقط یک مشکل وجود دارد، این که «سرخوش زاده»، جوان آس و پاسی که حالا جای داور برجسته «فیفا» را گرفته، تاکنون پایش حتی به یک توپ نخورده است!!

An international referee, Khosrow Magdi, is supposed to receive FIFA's $ 2m prize in the finals of the tournament. Two charlatans who recognize the strange and unbelievable similarity of Amir Sarkhosh Zade to Khosrow Magdi, kidnaps Sarkhosh Zade so that he would judge the final match of the FA Cup.
