Noora, a recently disbarred human rights lawyer is forced to separate from her husband and is exiled to the dessert of southern Iran as a result of her activities as a political journalist. She is desperate to flee the country, she shows how her complex scheme will allow her to get out of Iran once and for all. This includes personal experiences from director Mohammad Rasoulof in the winter of 2010/11.
