I've Missed My Son is about that Hamidollah, an Afghan warrior gets wounded during an operation within Afghanistan. He was also suffering from tuberc ...ulosis so he comes to Iran seeking treatment. He has a 12-year-old son whom he has left with his wife in Afghanistan. While Hamidollah is in Tehran, his wife and kid get martyred by government and Russian forces. Hamidollah thinks about them almost every day while he is away from home and is unaware of their death. He even buys them souvenirs to make them happy when he returns home. After all, Hamidollah dies after getting informed of his family’s death. This movie portrays the Afghan warriors and their lives in the trenches and away from their homeland.
