Along with the entrance of new patients to the Youth Detention Centre, strange drawings begin to appear on its walls. One of the creators is Ehsan, a deaf-mute teenager who communicates through art. During his internment he learns that his sister is in danger. Now he has to find a way to break out of prison to save her. The Sea and the Flying Fish invites the viewers to see the youth and their problems in a fresh way, and takes them on a thought-provoking journey.
