This surreal piece opens with a group of actors eerily lit on stage. With innovative use of torchlight and cigarette smoke, the actors create a sinister beginning to their story. Comedic scenes of a TV chef creating more mess than any edible meal, are contrasted against upsetting scenes of death and war projected onto the back of the stage. Interspersed with black and white interview footage, director Reza Hadad, creates a multi-layered and passionate piece of theater. 'Revelation On A Silent Party' is a thought provoking creation, showcasing the talents of this dynamic cast.
