Tehran municipality proposes a scheme by which in middle schools of Tehran, a student should be selected as the mayor and some other students as the members of the city association. Sina and Behrouz are candidates for the mayor position. When they begin their election activities, Behrouz is taken to the hospital because of his heart disease. Sina tries his best for Behrouz's success and he succeeds in his way.
از سوی شهرداری تهران طرحی پیشنهاد میشود که در مدارس راهنمایی، از میان دانش آموزان یک نفر به عنوان شهردار و تعدادی به عنوان اعضای انجمن شهر انتخاب شوند.سینا و بهروز نیز خود را کاندیدای شهرداری میکنند. اما در شروع فعالیت انتخاباتی، بهروز به علت بیماری قلبی روانه بیمارستان میشود. سینا نیز برای موفقیت بهروز همه تلاشش را به کار میگیرد و موفق نیز می شود.
