Elixir and Dust is about that It's 1979. Iran is on the verge of revolution. As t ...he last flight to leave the country prepares to board, the chaotic destinies of six disparate individuals become inexorably intertwined. Among them are a wounded revolutionary and his wife, a young clergyman, a dangerous courier, a man searching for his lost love, and the son of a political prisoner hoping to start a new life abroad. The Sun Shines on All Equally is about that Negar and Janet are close friends. Reza, Negar's husband and Janet's former lover, is a chemically-injured war veteran, with his recovery a matter of concern to his doctors. Deceiving the hospital manager, a friend of Negar's influential father, Negar and Janet succeed in getting Reza out of the hospital and taking him to a shrine in another city, hoping for a miracle. But in driving the long, beautiful roadway, they discover the little miracles that exist around them. Abbas Rabei's heartwarming drama touches on matters of faith, that which survives through the greatest adversity, for a far greater miracle awaits the Muslim couple at the end of their journey, as well as some unexpected enlightenment for the Christian Janet.
