Wings to Fly - Pare Parvaz - پر پرواز

Babak (a singer) and his fiancé Setareh are looking for a way to release his first album. Yasaman a friend of the couple manages to find a way to help however the process isn't as easy as other obstacles come into the picture...

Babak is a young composer and also a talented singer, but he's having problems with recording and getting the license for his first album. Setareh, his fiancee and the poet of Babak's songs, also tries hard, but they don't get anywhere. Yasaman, who has recently came back from the US and whose father, Shams, is the owner of a cassete company, starts helping Babak. At first, Setareh is happy for Babak, but little by little, she finds out that Yasaman is trying to attract Babak to herself.
Yasaman makes a promise that if the process of getting the license for Babak's songs and concerts goes wrong, she'll take him to Los Angeles and he could continue his career there. While everything is ready for Babak's first concert, and they still haven't got the license, Yasaman succeeds to get a visa for Babak and herself. While they're going to the airport, one of Babak's friends reaches them and informs them that they have finally got the lincese. Yasaman is devastated by the news and continues her trip alone, while Babak rocks his first concert.

بابک، آهنگساز مستعد و خواننده جوان و خوش صدایی است که برای کسب مجوز ترانه هایش و همچنین ضبط آنها و تهیه آلبوم نخست خود دچار مشکل است. تلاش های ستاره نامزد او، که سراینده اشعار آهنگ های بابک و در عین حال که روزنامه نگار است، به جایی نمی رسد. اما یاسمن، یک دوست قدیمی، که به تازگی از آمریکا بازگشته و پدرش، شمس ،صاحب یک شرکت چاپ و تکثیر نوار کاست است ،برای کمک به بابک وارد صحنه می شود. ستاره که ابتدا از حضور یاسمن برای کمک به نامزدش خوشحال است، اما رفته رفته درمی یابد که او، بابک را به سمت خود جذب کرده است.
یاسمن به بابک قول میدهد. چنانچه، مجوز ترانه های آلبوم و کنسرت او صادر نشود، ترتیب سفرش را به آمریکا و ادامه فعالیت او را در لوس آنجلس فراهم خواهد کرد. در حالی که همه مقدمات برای اجرای اولین کنسرت بابک به نفع کودکان سرطانی فراهم شده و تلاش ها برای کسب مجوز ادامه دارد، یاسمن موفق می شود ویزای سفر خود و بابک به آمریکا را کسب کند، و به این ترتیب سفر آن دو جدی می شود اما در آخرین ساعات که بابک و یاسمن سوار بر اتومبیل عازم فرودگاه برای پرواز به آمریکا هستند، دوست بابک، حمید با موتورسیکلت خود را به آنها می رساند و به بابک اطلاع می دهد که سرانجام مجوزها صادر شده است. یاسمن غمگین و دل شکسته به سفرش ادامه می دهد، اما بابک، نخستین کنسرت خود را به نفع کودکان سرطانی در میان استقبال علاقمندان پرشور برگزار می کند
