Bita is a successful lawyer and her specialty is women's rights. A curious case is brought to her that changes the lives of everybody involved.

فيلم درباره زندگي يک زن وکيل به نام بيتا است که در کار خود تبحر دارد و بيشتر پرونده‌هاي مربوط به طلاق را قبول مي‌کند. همسر او حميد در يک شرکت بزرگ کار مي‌کند و به واسطه شغلش با ميترا که به تازگي از خارج آمده آشنا مي‌شود و با او عقد مي‌کند. ميترا از حميد باردار شده، اما حميد اين مساله را نمي‌پذيرد و معتقد است که مدتهاست که عمل وازکتومي انجام داده و همه چيز را انکار مي‌کند. دايي ميترا که از اعتبار و قدرت زيادي برخوردار است از جريان مطلع شده و حميد را تهديد مي‌کند که بايد همسرش را طلاق و با ميترا به زندگي ادامه بدهد و براي تحت فشار قرار دادن حميد ميترا را به بيتا معرفي مي‌کند تا وکالت او را بر عهده بگيرد. ميترا از اين جريان مطلع مي‌شود و پرونده را نمي‌پذيرد و حالا حميد منتظر تصميم بيتا براي ادامه زندگي است.

بیتا وکیلی باتجربه است و بیشتر پرونده های او مربوط به طلاق می باشد. حمید، همسر او به واسطه شغلش با میترا که به تازگی به ایران آمده است آشنا می شود و ...

The film is about the life of a female lawyer named Bita who is well versed in her work and only works on cases that are about divorce. Her husband Hamid works in a big company, in which he happens to meet Mitra who has just returned from abroad, and marries her. Mitra becomes pregnant, but Hamid does not accept this and says that he had vasectomy years ago and denies everything. Mitra’s uncle who is a very powerful and influential person becomes aware of this and threatens Hamid and says that he must divorce his wife and continue living with Mitra and puts pressure on him. He introduces Mitra to Bita so that she takes her on as a client. Bita finds out about this and does not accept the case and now Hamid is waiting for Bita’s decision about their life.
