In a meeting held in Bangkok, the gang’s members decide to smuggle twenty tons of heroin into Iran. They want to distribute heroin in the universities, the schools, the factories and even the front lines, so that Iran would be weakened and faced with the lack of forces during Iran-Iraq war.
