This comedic tale of a pair of lovable rogues thrown together by their insatiable appetites for stealing focuses on Naser, a petty thief who steals anything he can, be it hubcaps, stereos, or just about anything he can get his hands on. One day, a theft takes an unexpected turn when he opens a car door to find Davood, another would-be thief. After some bickering, the pair decide to steal the car together. When Naser subsequently meets Davood's sister, a romance begins to bloom. Davood, meanwhile, contends with his old flame, Mojgan.
