'The Last Migration' documents an unspeakable tragedy that affected two nomadic tribes in Iran. When a man fatally shoots his son-in-law, the groom's aunt and her one-year-old son while firing his gun during the celebrations, the groom's relatives' susicicions are alerted. Although this is often seen in ceremonies, the intactness of the bride's relatives causes concern among the groom's relatives, who belong to a different tribe. While each side contemplates the incident, the film captures nomadic life on camera and discusses customs, law and the place of guns in tradition.
