Based on an ancient tale, it's the story of a girl, Nardaneh, who one day hears a voice telling her that soon she will marry a dead man. Her parents are worried, so they move from where they live, but it seems like it was written in her destiny . One day she enters a castle, and in one of its rooms, finds a dead body with a book beside it. She begins to read the book and follows the instructions step by step...

این سرنوشت افسانه ای دختر به نام ناردانه است که از کودکی صدایی را می شنود که به او می گوید باید با یک مرد مرده ازدواج کند.
خانواده ناردانه برای اینکه دخترشان را از این سرنوشت خوف انگیز دور کنند، دست به مهاجرت می زنند، امّا این نیز بخشی از سرنوشت اوست چرا که این سفر «ناردانه» را به آن تقدیر نزدیکتر می کند.
ناردانه در این سفر به تاریخ و اسطوره، در هفت منزلگاه با هفت «در» روبرو می شود که خود باید آنها را بگشاید تا از سرنوشتی که برایش رقم زده شده است، رها شود و «نار دانه» بین برزخ مرگ و زندگی خود را ثابت کرده و نیستی را به هستی تبدیل می کند.
