Sometimes the truth is hard to accept. A headman of a tiny village lives with his wife Baji in freezing conditions, and struggles with his duties as the community's adviser. Baji, meanwhile, is losing her sight. They wistfully await the return of their son Rebowar, who is doing military service. As more and more of the villagers succumb to the temptation of city living, the couple must learn to accept their situation for what it is. Melancholy and atmospheric, this short film is a lesson in coping.
