Unhindered by his lack of sight, repairman Mohye doesn't need eyes to set about his tasks. As we follow him during the course of a day, Mohye shows us just how diligent he is as he expertly mends tape recorders and other electronics. He also shares his tender side as he drops in on his ailing mother and brings her medicine, paid for by his meagre wages. This contemplative film about a day in the life of a blind man in rural Iran inspires admiration in its audience, and we marvel at the strength and camaraderie of the community Mohye inhabits.
