Possessed - Shifteh - شیفته

A birthday celebration sets the scene for this introspective, psychological drama. Taher keeps getting calls from a mysterious individual telling him to divorce his wife. The couple have had a rocky relationship, Taher's father originally forbidding the marriage, and Taher fear she may have found someone else. As the film progresses and the calls continue, he grows increasingly suspicious of the people around him, and his paranoia threatens the very wellbeing of his family. A dark and foreboding piece of arthouse cinema, 'Possessed' will keep you on the hook throughout its many twists and turns.

طاهر كه برخلاف نظر خانواده اش با روجا ازدواج كرده، در شب تولد دختر خردسالش براي او هديه اي دريافت مي كند كه بعداً معلوم مي شود از طرف مردي ناشناس است. مرد ناشناس از آن پس مدام زنگ مي زند تا (به قول خودش) حقيقتي تلخ را به اطلاع او برساند. اين حقيقت درباره خيانت همسر اوست.

Taher who has had a difficult childhood and is stammering now, marries Roja in spite of his parents' disagreement. They have a peaceful and happy life together for years. On the birthday of their child, a gift is delivered from an unknown sender.

طاهر که کودکی سختی داشته و اکنون نیز لکنت زبان دارد، برخلاف نظر منفی خانواده اش با روجا ازدواج می کند و سالها زندگی آرام و عاشقانه ای را با او پشت سر می گذراند. در شب تولد دختر خردسال طاهر و روجا، هدیه ای برای او ارسال می شود که هیچ یک فرستنده هدیه را نمی شناسند. مردی که از آن پس، به طور مستمر به خانه شان تلفن میکند تا به زعم خود، حقیقتی تلخ را به اطلاع طاهر برساند.
