Negar and Ashkan, two twentysomething Iranian songwriters, decide to set up an underground band and look for other musicians to join them, but the authorities keep putting a spanner in the works. Fed up with being hindered from expressing themselves, the two young people try to get documents to leave the country for Europe. In this semi-documentary, you discover the Iran you don't see in the news bulletins, or in the stately arthouse movies: it's the Iran that loves rock, heavy metal and rap.

A young boy and girl named Ashkan and Negar are arrested in an underground concert. After being released from the prison, they start looking for young underground musicians. They strive to form a band and travel to London and Paris in order to perform their music. Meanwhile, a young man named Nader helps them get their passports and provides them with money. This film won the "François Chalais" award from the62th Cannes International Film Festival.

دختر و پسر جوانی به نام اشکان و نگار در یک کنسرت زیرزمینی دستگیر می‌شوند. آن‌ها پس از آزادی از زندان، به دنبال موزیسین‌های جوان زیرزمینی می‌روند تا گروهی تشکیل دهند و برای اجرای موسیقی به لندن و پاریس بروند. در این میان جوانی به نام نادر (حامد بهداد) برای گرفتن پاسپورت و تهیه پول به آن‌ها کمک می‌کند. این فیلم موفق به کسب جایزه «فرانسوا شاله» از شصت و دومین دوره‌ی جشنواره بین‌المللی فیلم کن شد.
