این فیلم داستان تاجر سرمایه داری برای معافی از مالیات با پوشیدن لباس های ژنده و تظاهر به ورشکستگی به شعبه اخذ مالیات مراجعه می کند و مدعی می شود که کارخانه ها و شرکت های مقاطعه کاری اش درطول سال زیان داده اند کارمند وظیفه شناس و سخت گیر اداره که مسئول رسیدگی به پرونده مالیاتی تاجراست، ادعای او را نمی پذیرد، تاجر می کوشد با رشوه دادن به رییس اداره کار خود را راه بیندازد....

A businessman who had avoided paying his taxes for many years is suddenly faced with a strict employee. He tries to avoid paying taxes again by tempting the employee. When he doesn't succeed, he goes to the head of the department who is caught in a severe financial situation. The businessman attempts to use the boss's problems to his own benefit and even implies that they should murder the employee. All in vain, and when the boss dies, he is forced to pay his taxes and the employee replaces his deceased boss.
