Reza Golzar, the famous and popular movie star, is having bad days. compliments and media’s attention doesn’t make him happy.. He’s got divorced from his wife, Simin, despite the love that’s still between them and he strongly feels her empty place in
... his life. Ata, Simin’s brother, who’s a friend of Reza too, is still in contact with him and it is him who informs his sister that her friend, Bita, is trying to get close to Golzar. Lida, another friend of Simin who’s a feminist lawyer, takes advantage of this situation and encourages to punish her ex-husband. Simin puts him in a bad situation and asks for her share of their house. At the same time, an incident brings another young woman, whose name is Simin too, into their lives and Simin (the first one!) cannot just ignore her. Simin (the second one), who is also called Sim Sim, acts more than expected of her because of living in France for more than 20 years and gradually picks Golzar’s attention. However, Simin is not willing to lose her husband. With her right-on-time showing-ups, she prevents the relationship forming between them.
