Balash comes back to the village after several years. In his absence, while he was imprisoned, his father has been killed. Once he decides to visit the incomplete prison, called Ghalasi. which is placed on a remote spot. In this place, four members of SAVAK

They are waiting for the right time to cross the borders under the guidance of a villager, whom they have kidnapped. By facing these four men, Balash and his friend get involved into a quarrel with them, and after many incidents, they are finally able to incriminate them.
