Over the course of seven vignettes, an Iranian couple (Mania Akbari, Bijan Daneshmand) argue over a variety of marital issues. Through their discussions, the couple explore the nature of personal relationships in the Middle East, paying special attention to cultural dynamics between men and women. The two debate broad issues such as jealousy, adultery, homosexuality and abortion. But they also delve deeply into more specific areas surrounding their Iranian heritage.
