Shahram Qaedi ( شهرام قائدی ) was born in Fars Province in central Iran. He relocated to Tehran in 1991 to pursue acting. He took acting lessons in Tehran and began stage acting. He eventually helped some famous directors to cast actors on different projects before making his breakthrough in License plate 11. He subsequently appeared in Return of the Swallows.
