Otanazy is about that Parnian is a young and affluent girl who needs a heart transplant to continue her life. Her depression has caused discomfort between her and her fiancé. With the advice of one of her acquaintances, her psychologist pretends to have feelings ... for her, he but gradually falls in a real love with her. Later, he takes Permrian to the north in order to make her feel better. On the other hand, Namvar, a sports and cinema star, has little hope of continuing a lifetime because of leukemia, and does not want to live weakly, and asks the doctor to relieve his life in some way. But the doctor refuses to do so. However, when Parnian is deteriorating, the doctor agrees with Namvar's request providing that he mentions in a letter that he would donate his heart. He accepts. However, as a result of excessive injections, the heart of Namvar fails, and this doctor's decision does not work to save Parnian. He later goes to the north to see Parnian, but falls on the road and dies. Meanwhile, Parnian's friend, who became friend with her at the time of her stay in the north, died at the time of childbirth, and Parnian decides to raise her son. Closed Circuit is about that Dadkhah, his wife and their two children are going through a hard situation. Receiving a notice to vacate the property in which they have resided, adds to their misery.
