The Night of Infatuation is about that This vibrant documentary takes us on a historical journey of Iranian music throughout the 20th century. In order to understand our recent past, however, the film casts its eye back even further; we learn that following the Arab conquest, Zoroastrian musicians placed great emphasis on the expression of emotion in their work. Following a 300 year silence, music gradually seeped its way back into the region, before blooming into the massive industry we know today. Informative and beautifully shot, this film features insight from such experts as poets Simin Behbahani and Ahmad Reza Ahmadi. Of course, Saffarian's retrospective documentary also showcases plenty of music from the 1900s through the early 2000s. Exuding pop and vintage appeal, as well as boasting visually striking and exclusive footage, 'Night of Infatuation' will take you on a nostalgic journey back in time. In this film Nasser Saffarian (ناصر صفاريان) collaborates with Farahnaz Sharifi (فرحناز شریفی), Babak Salek (بابک سالک), Mehrdad Dadgari (مهرداد دادگری), Babak Bazrafshan (بابک بذرافشان)

Freedom in the Fog is about that Filmed by Iranian director Nasser Saffarian, this intriguing short portrays the lifestyle of a Spanish woman living in Washington D.C. as she protests the American occupation of Iraq. Residing in a tent directly outside of the White House, Conception Picciotto is a constant presence amongst the tourists and visitors to this landmark. Yet this is much more than a documentary about an eccentric and determined woman. As Picciotto tries to turn the 4th of July celebrations into a protest against U.S. imperialism, the film brilliantly illustrates the gap between the ideal of freedom of speech and its reality. In this film Nasser Saffarian (ناصر صفاريان) collaborates with Mahmoud Reza Sani (محمودرضا ثانی)
Care for Me Lady is about that 'Care For Me Lady' focuses on the life of Ahmad Reza Ahmadi, one of the greatest poets of the New Wave in Iranian poetry. His distinctly unusual and surreal style is easily recognizable, setting him apart from his peers. Nasser Saffarian's documentary guides us through his career using interviews with friends and family, and original recordings of readings and talks. An intimate portrait of a key figure in the cultural history of Iran. In this film Nasser Saffarian (ناصر صفاريان) collaborates with Mohammad Reza Sokoot (محمدرضا سکوت)
Summit of the Wave is about that Directed by Nasser Saffarian, 'Summit of the Wave' is an inspiring retrospective of Iranian director and poet Forough Farrokhzad. Dying tragically in 1967, at the tender age of 32, Farrokhzad had a short but illustrious career which, alongside her more renowned efforts in directing and writing poetry, traversed acting, film editing, film dubbing, and writing musical scores. This documentary brings her career to light, displaying the social awareness and playful style of her talent with a deftly compelling touch. While family members and admirers talk about her creative legacy, fascinating scenes from her films and real life combine to produce a portrait of a truly exceptional woman. In this film Nasser Saffarian (ناصر صفاريان) collaborates with Bahman Kiarostami (بهمن کیارستمی‎)
