Rokhsareh is about that Tina Masrour, a psychology student, meets an old woman called Rokhsareh while working on her thesis in a nursing home. Rokhsar ...eh is the love of a writer called Shahriyar Farzam, who has written a famous novel using Rokhsareh as a muse. Before her death, Rokhsareh gives Tina a parcel to give to Farzam. She is thrilled and goes to his house. When she realizes that he needs a nurse, she volunteers to do the job, and upon her stay with him, she has the opportunity to find out more about Shahriyar's past, his youth, and his love towards Rokhsareh. Tina attempts to revive Rokhsareh's love for Shahriyar. At the same time, Shahriyar's son, Mahan, has become interested in Tina and attempts to propose to her, but she denies having any interest and declares that she loves Shahriyar; but all of this in vain since he has died.
