Big Drum under Left Foot is about that Set during the Iran-Iraq War, 'Big Drum Under Left Foot' tells the story of a group of battleworn Iranian soldiers who become trapped in a trench on the frontline. ... In desperate need of water, and swiftly running out of options, one of them, Mehran, decides to make his way to the only spring in the region, which is dangerously located between the frontlines. Desperate to survive, and with the situation worsened by the war raging all around them, an incidental meeting between the two sides escalates out of control. Actions will be questioned and alliances will fracture in this reflective wartime drama.
