Chrysanthemum is about that The story of a woman with her husband in jail and a blind son who has waited his entire life to see his father out of prison. When he grows up to be a man and is planning for the date of his marriage ceremony, he decides to arrange it exactly on the date of his father's freedom. Sadly enough though, the father dies in prison and leaves the son and the mother afflicted, wounded and frustrated. Seyyed's Garden is about that Seyyed’s pomegranate garden’s product is offered as votive to all of the village people. On the day of fruit picking, the garden gets under the enemy’s fire. Seyyed’s son, Ali Akbar, is martyred during this attack. He takes everyone, including his pregnant daughter-in-law (Golnar), out of the garden. Seyyed stays in the garden and decides on rebuilding it. The enemy’s patrolmen approach the garden and intend to attack it. Seyyed gives away the pomegranates to the village people. The enemy finds out about this and ambushes for him. Following an attack, he is immolated.
