Two emergency workers (Mehran and Rahim) come with an ambulance to take Haj Akbar's body to his house on a rainy night. On the way back to the hospital, the ambulance gets punctured. Tootiya is about that Iraj Ghaderi's domestic drama challenges the roles of men and women in society.
