Born in 1971 in the city of Ghazvin, Gholamreza Sagharchiyan ( غلامرضا ساغرچیان ), started his artistic career in 1983 by writing a number of poems and plays as well as by performing in several theatrical plays, short and medium-length films. Due to his passion for acting, he studied theater, painting and script writing. Over the years, he has made a number of short and medium-length films as well as over 40 educational documentary films. He has ... been able to participate in several local film festivals, such as Kish International Documentary Film Festival, Roshd, Children and Young Adults… and he has successfully earned a number of awards in some of the aforementioned festivals.
