Hidden Feeling is about that Amir works in advertising, and his wife, Simin, is a psychiatrist. They are a successful couple, and appear to be emotionally close. But in reality, they have many problems with each other, and are somehow drifted apart. One issue they’re facing is not having a child. Simin has become pregnant once, but has had a miscarriage, and doesn’t want to try for having a baby again.. But Amir insists . Later on, they get to know one of Simin’s patients, Bahram, who has the same problems with his wife, Neda.
