Eghlima is about that Emad, a successful stock broker and his wife Sarah are happy together , but their calm life is badly disturbed once Emad is hospitalized due to a heart disease. Sarah is deeply concerned about Emad's health and is mentally agitated. Oddly enough, Sarah receives strange phone calls and has delusive visions of a stranger at her home. She is the woman who is proved to be Sarah's murderer and her motive in killing her is Sarah's fortune. Interestingly enough, a lawyer called Mr. Mahdavi who was in love with Sarah before she married Emad starts searching for Emad because he is suspicious of him. When Mahdavi finds Emad and Afsaneh together, they start escaping from him. An escape that haunts them and does not leave them go unpunished.
