Nothing Is Going on in the City, There Is! is about that Javad is a taxi driver who after a service, is attacked by two un ...known men and his car is damaged. He tells the story to his close friend, Asghar, who owns a restaurant, They find out that their passenger, Maryam, is a wealthy woman who has married twice previously and her husbands have died. She introduces them to another person called Moghadampour who is Nima's father, the young man who should be punished instead of Javad. Moghadampour is unaware of Nima and assigns Javad and Asghar to find him. Soon it is revealed that Nima is taken as a hostage. Javad and Asghar believe that this is an ideal occasion to gain a significant amount of money but they are not so coordinated to gain money but they cause Nima to reach Maryam.
