Iranian Girl is about that Maryam is an independent girl. After his father retires, she takes over his father's sculpture workshop and despite having many suitors, doesn't want to get married in order to preserve her independence. Contrary to her, is her cousin, Naghmeh, who doesn't have any suitors at all and has gotten depressed because of it. She even has tried to kill herself, but was saved. When Maryam finds out about Naghmeh's critical condition, suggests her uncle to propose for his daughter.
