Abolfazl Shakiba, born in 1977, Neyshabour, is an Iranian filmmaker who began his career in the Iranian Cinema in 1996. He has managed to earn level four from the Ministry of Culture And Islamic Guidance. He has completed his filmmaking course under the supervision of Abbas Kiarostami at Karnameh Institute. Shakiba has received an honorary diploma for his film "Beautiful Mind", from the thirty-sixth International Roshd Film Festival amongst many other awards.
