Beloved Sky is about that Master filmmaker Dariush Mehrjui stuns audiences with this magical realist drama. His determination to end it all is thwarted, however, when he encounters a village seemingly untouched by time. A mysterious herbalist and a traumatized woman (Leila Hatami) become key figures in Shayan's life; a life he thought he would have to bid farewell.
