O Iran is about that Towards the end of the Shahanshah's reign, Sergeant Makvandi is assigned th ...e role of commander of the gendarmerie station in a small town. Captain Khorshid is about that Based on Ernest Hemingway's To Have and Have Not (1937), this gripping drama is set in the Persian Gulf as oppose to Cuba. A one handed sailor is tasked to take criminals out of the country illegally. He is hesitant to do so but accepts due to his poor living conditions and need for money. However, due to the nature of his passengers, has he taken on more than he bargained for?
