Born in 1972 in Boushehr, Seyed Reza Safi ( سید رضا صافی ) is a graduate of Cinema (BA). He began his film career in 1986, when he started his membership in Iranian Young Cinema Society – Boushehr Branch. In 1986-87, he went to the warfront as a volunteer militant. Then Safi made a number of short films, medium-length works, documentaries and TV series. FALCON is his debut feature. The Lanner is about that Shahin is an eighteen years old teenager that lives in Bushehr harbor. He has lost his forester father years ago, during a skirmish with bird smugglers.
