Birth of a Butterfly is about ...that 'Birth of a Butterfly' is made up of three short dramatic episodes shot in the mountains of North-Western Iran. In an area with a deep connection to the natural world, the characters in each of the parables have their faith tested by the challenges ahead of them. Two children struggle with the burden of responsibility as their father blames them for their mother's illness, an old man and a boy journey to a miraculous spring that is said to cure all ills, and a visiting teacher is hailed as a prophet after his advice yields beneficial results to a remote mountain community. These episodes interweave themes of faith, companionship and the survival spirit, and are directed with aplomb by Mojtaba Raei. Narges is about that Adel is a young criminal who frequently teams up with his middle-aged wife Afagh in order to carry out the most audacious schemes. Pursuit is about that Majid is a young martial artist. He and his friend, Pourya, exercise in Hemmati's club, Pourya's father. These two are on the verge of entering the Taekwondo national team. Majid is chasing his lost desires and tries to achieve success in his life. In this way, he is acquainted with a man named Maziyar. He starts working at Maziyar's casting workshop. Meeting Maziyar brings a few incidents into Majid's life and causes him to commit some crimes. Majid is dissatisfied with the new condition and is struggling to compensate but it is too late. When Maziyar dies, Majid gets arrested. Pourya and his father are trying to save him.
