Black Eyes is about that Ghazal Delaviz and Sourena are both students at the same faculty and both share a passion for poetry. Ghazal’s eye problems get worse so she can no longer pursue her studies and drops out. Sourena tries to help her, but Ghazal completely loses her eyesight. But his companionship causes them to fall for each other. A composer finds Ghazal’s poems and signs a deal with her. Soon Ghazal’s poems and voice gain attention. After meeting Houra Barazandeh, a radio announcer, she also starts reading her poems on the radio.
