Handlebar Moustache is about that Khan Amou is a middle-aged, intellectually disabled and kind-hearted man who has always wanted to own a bicycle but his family never bought him one because of his condition. Ma’soumeh, his six-year-old niece decides to buy him a bicycle and after she tells him about her decision, he becomes thrilled. But they are facing a big challenge, money! They do everything they can in order to earn enough money and some interesting stuff happens to them along the way.
