Desert is about that This film was produced with an episodic structure and road genre, and all the events of the film take place on the road, and it is about four groups of people who move on the Tehran-Mashhad road, and their fates are somehow intertwined. These four groups include three thieves who, after robbing a jewelry store, go to Mashhad from Tehran to stay away from the police for a while. Three people from one of the cities of Khorasan who go to Imam Reza's shrine on foot, a father and daughter who go to Imam Reza's shrine in a private car, and finally a village woman who left her drug addict husband and goes to the city in a rural van.
