The Little Lover is about that Mashti, a peasant working for Hosein Khan Shafiei, gets aware of the conspiracy plotted by the Russian embassy ... against the revolutionaries of the jungle, so he informs the heads of the jungle movement. Hosein Khan finds out about Mashti's activities and orders to cut his tongue before he escapes. Mashti and his daughter migrate to Morad's house. Morad also joins the forester. After a while, Hosein Khan Shafiei is arrested by the jungle forces and is executed. Morad informs Mashti about the news of execution. The seven-year movement of the jungle is failed. Mashti follows Mirza going to a snowy region called Gilwan, but eventually he finds the frozen corpse of Mirza. He opens the armlet (which contains the holy Quran) of Mirza in order to give it to the next generations.
