Violet Hill is about that In a departed village called Bayal, the villagers are starving and fighting with poverty and different illnesses. The main reason for their problem is a person called Mousorkheh who is always hungry and swallows everything. The villagers pray all the time to solve the problem. One of the victims is the wife of the alderman who has a severe illness. The alderman and his son Ramezan take her to a hospital in the city for treatment. The woman dies in the hospital and the alderman doesn't let his son knows about that. and returns to the village. In the village, the villagers are stoning Mousorkheh as the reason of their poverty. Ramezan dreams of her mother who takes him with her on a carriage to the sky among the clouds.
