End of the Earth is about that Hojjat is a middle-aged man, who has decided to leave his city and its people 17 years ago. He has walked from his home, in the north of Iran, to one of the sout ...h districts, by the Sea of Oman. Somewhere close to Chabahar, among the red mountains, he makes a cave and starts living a life, being primitive but at the same time peaceful and without tensions. This Iranian ‘Robinson Crusoe’ believes that he is living in the end of the earth. He divulges his secret to a filmmaker after 17 years.
