Sentenced to Heaven is about that Shabnam whose father is a prisoner, and Pooneh whose father is very strict, escape from their home and go to Tehran to find happiness. They start working in a workshop. But they escape from there ... and after a while, they are arrested and taken to the court as fugitive girls. The judge sentences one of them to work in an asylum and the other one to work in a mentally handicapped sanitarium. Shabnam meets a guy in the asylum and marries him, but Pooneh kills herself...
