Man's Promise is about that Mahmood tries to get in touch with his fiancee, Pari, after being released from prison. She is working in a cabaret ... owned by a man named Safdar who puts up a trap for Mahmood once he realizes Mahmood is planning to marry Pari. Mahmood is once again in trouble and is being chased by the police, so he flees and ends up hiding in a village where he meets Ahmad, a man who happens to be exactly like Mahmood.
